What are your hours?

  • Our hours are Monday to Friday from 9pm-5:30pm.
  • We are small boutique business that strives ourselves on customer service, all orders will be fulfilled during our operating hours.

I am a Texas Sales Exempt, how do I notify you?

  • In-Store- please bring a valid sales tax form with you on your visit.
  • Online: Please include your sales tax exempt ID number in the notes box of the order. Then, email your valid sales tax exempt form to We will refund the sales tax after verification. 

Do you have an email list or do you have any promotions? 

  • Yes, and yes! 
  • Email- Subscribe to our email newsletter [located at the bottom of the webpage] to get our promotional emails. Don't worry, we only send emails about major sales or product offering- no spam here! 
  • Social Media- Follow us on Instagram or Like us on Facebook to keep up to date.  

I am new to candle making- do you have any resources? 

  • We are working on robust content blog. You can check out the latest articles located on the "Learning & Inspiration" tab on our website. 
  • We also offer candle making kits that have step by step printed guides. The best part- they are only $49.95, and you can make 12 candles.

Where are your fragrances sourced?

  • Our fragrances are proprietary through a partnership with Nevitt Fragrances. 

Where can I get more information about your fragrances? 

  • We are currently working on uploading our SDS and IFRA statements to our website- stay tuned. 
  • If you need a specific fragrance info, please email us at and we will be happy to assist. 


  • All orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled starting on Monday. 
  • Please note shipping estimates do not include fulfillment time. We are a small boutique that carefully packages each shipment by hand while maintaining our Dallas storefront. 

Shipping destinations:

  • As of now, we ship within the United States and Canada. 
  • We are looking into expanding to our international shipping, please send an email to 
  • In-store pick up is an option at checkout- you are welcome to pick up in our Dallas showroom at no fee. 

Shipping times:

  • We fulfill all orders Monday- Friday between 9am-5:30pm. 
  • All orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday. 
  • We offer two shipping carriers- USPS and UPS.

USPS Details: 

  • NOTICE: we have had recent issues of USPS not providing real-time tracking. UPS And FedEx provide reliable tracking.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Includes USPS Tracking®  and delivery in 1 to 3 business days. 

For safety reasons, we cannot take back any liquids or wax. This includes fragrance oils, air freshener base, DPG, Reed diffuser base, massage oil, lotion, etc.  

All returns must be done within 3 months of purchase date.  Please contact with any questions.
